The Atlantis, The Palm has entered a partnership with FlyHigh Dubai Helicopter Services to offer guests a unique experience during the Abu Dhabi Formula 1 race. The luxury hotel in Dubai will offer guests private chauffeur rides in a helicopter, allowing them to avoid traffic between the two United Arab Emirates so they won’t miss a moment of the motorsports race.

Hotel giant Marriott International has reported a milestone year in the United Arab Emirates with the opening of 11 new hotels and the debut of two new brands, adding more than 2,600 hotel rooms in the country. The company said it expects to expand its portfolio in the United Arab Emirates to more than 80 hotels by 2023.

A new project to transform the area around Dubai’s Jumeirah Road into art and cultural district has been announced by the government’s creative arm Brand Dubai. Already home to tourist attractions such as the Burj Al Arab and Wild Wadi Water Park, the area will be given a fresh new identity with arts initiatives, sporting events and festivals highlighting the city’s past and present.
