It is the largest indoor snow park in the world and you can ski down the slope as well as try tobogganing or snowboarding. There is a play area for the little ones and even a chance to see penguins!

Go Shopping at the Blue Souk in Sharjah

The main shopping market in Sharjah offers everything that you could think of, including clothing, jewellery, housewares, gifts and much more. Your little ones will be dazzled as you wander through the beautiful buildings with their blue tiles and marvel at ornate carpets and shimmering jewellery.

Watch the Flamingos at Ras Al Khor

At the Flamingo roost in Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary in Dubai there are more than 500 Greater Flamingos, so take the opportunity to catch a glimpse of these strange and fascinating pink birds. There are also many other amazing bird species that you can see here, including the Grey heron, Sanderling, Asian pied myna, Black-winged stilt, Citrine wagtail and others.

See a Camel Race

This enormous water park at Atlantis the Palm Resort features a “river” that stretches for 1.6km with wave surges, waterfalls and rapids. The enormous Tower of Neptune launches three thrilling slides, including the Leap of Faith. The Tower of Poseidon also features four more thrilling slides, including the longest waterslide in the world. The little ones can relax in the more peaceful and quiet wave pool and water playground. Tickets to the waterpark will also include same-day access to a private beach.

Explore the Jungle at Dubai Garden Centre

At the Dubai Garden Centre you will find plants of every kind, as well as a crocodile pond and monkeys swinging in the trees. You and the kids will also spot sea creatures and tropical fish in the aquariums. After checking out the wildlife, you can head to the Rose Leaf cafe and enjoy a drink and a slice of homebaked cake.

Paint a Plate at Cafe Ceramique in Jumeirah Town Centre Mall

At this creative pottery shop little ones can paint their own pottery while you sit back and enjoy the food. Everything is supplied, including the brushes, paint and plain white ceramics. Artists who wish to paint must be at least four years of age. There is a place where the little ones can play and have their hands and feet stamped onto mugs and other keepsakes.
